Latimer Road (Underground)

The trip around the Circle Line continued, as we got ever closer to where the Hammersmith & City branch met the rest of the ring. Echo and I found ourselves getting out at Latimer Road. A bit of a nicer design than Wood Lane (far less modern looking, even though it was massively rebuilt about 3 years after Wood Lane was opened), though just as much view. However, the station does provide a very good view of Grenfell Tower, which was covered with memorial sheeting to protect the site of the tragic fire from the eyes of the public. The wait for the next train wasn’t long and soon we were being transported to our next destination.
