With the success of capturing Lympstone Commando, the train carried on to our destination of Exmouth. A lovely little terminus station bathed in glorious sunlight. Sunlight that was facing the wrong way and affecting all our photos due to the single platform nature of the station. As we all posed for a group shot, the station master came out to see what we were up to. She was lovely, and once I showed her the previous collection of photos on my phone, she became quite chatty and even asked if we could pose for a picture for her – which we were more than happy to do. She then returned the favour by taking a group photo of us, which you can see below. We then got the next train back and went our separate ways home, happy with a good day out and many stations captured along the way.
