After the celebration of Pride, myself and Shades went back to our hotel. As Shades had only arrived in London earlier that day, he had dropped some things off in a safe location to pick up later. It was now time for that pick up, so we took a trip on the Jubilee Line to Southwark station where I took the opportunity to pup the station. Quick and simple, and as it was quite late at night at this point, the station was rather empty. We then bimbled out of the station and into the late night. We were going to be getting back on the Jubilee Line at a different station to continue our journey to the hotel.
Update:
On 03/08/2019 Condor and Shades took a trip back to Southwark to hunt down the 2019 Pride roundel. It was the last one on the list for the day (excluding bus stations and riverboat stations, which are most certainly not part of the list of stations to pup). It very nearly didn’t happen, but missing a boat by mere seconds meant our only way back was via Southwark so we might as well grab it as we passed through. Thankfully the roundel was on our platform and so we were able to get it with ease. Even it was around 11pm when we got it. That photo is below.
