Moorgate (Underground)

And this was where the speed round came to a screeching halt. Moorgate Underground station was my ticket to something I desired. A look in at the Mainline station, and a chance to see full size trains on rails that used to belong to the Northern Line. But before I could do that, Echo and I had to pup the Underground platforms. A nice and easy task, until an eye catches Platform 4, where there’s a different style of roundel (see below) and a little history wall about Moorgate. So many things to look at and photograph. So we got to work, and then as a treat, we headed over to Platforms 9 and 10 to watch the 313s in action.

Condor spots an unusual roundel design at Moorgate (Underground) station.
