Edgware Road (Underground)

Not to be confused with the station of the same name on the Bakerloo Line, this (for us) was the end of the line. Come from Hammersmith and wait long enough and you go through here twice. Edgware Road signifies the end of the Circle Line, or should that be the Formerly Circle Line? Echo and I got off the train to take some exhausted photos with the roundel. Our mission had been successful, we had pupped the entire Circle Line in a single day. It was now very dark, rather cold, and we had a train home to catch, but we were pleased with the day out. We had visited the entire line, been sightseeing, had some nice foods, seen unusual things (like the Thin House and the Moorgate tunnels), and had fun while doing it. Next stop: Home, and then to plan returning in a couple of weeks’ time to attack the Moorgate to Finsbury Park line. The 313s needed to be “enjoyed” before they were replaced.

Echo celebrates the end of the Circle Line trip, having pupped all the stations with Condor.
