Following the day of magical mystery tours, this time there was an agenda. Shades and I were off to London to visit the Podcast festival and watch the recording of a special episode of Mission to Zyxx. This meant heading into London, however engineering works had other ideas so we had to take the long way around. What was annoying for the journey gave us the perfect chance to pup a couple of stations along the way. First we had change of trains at Staines, so were able to cross that off the list. It was only a brief stop here, so we had to work fast. A narrowish platform stopped us from getting a group shot, so Shades took the photo for me. He didn’t feel the need to get one for himself. The train arrived as I was taking my hood off, so his generosity allowed us the time to get a nice shot with some dappled sunshine beaming down on us.
