Highbury & Islington (Overground)

After going upstairs at Highbury & Islington, we headed for the platforms and spotted the London Overground. Not realising that there were also National Rail platforms, we assumed that this would be an easy way to capture an entire station in London. How wrong we were. The hardest part was finding a nice sign that wasn’t covered in crap or surrounded by the general public. There was no worry about pupping on the platform around people as Londoners tend to ignore everything, but rather we didn’t want them getting in the photo. So with a failing sun working against us and the bitter cold setting in, we found a footbridge to a platform that didn’t appear to have anyone on it – much to the bemusement of a TFL staff member who was hiding on the bridge using his mobile phone. Photo taken, we continued with our quest for shopping.
