Dorchester South

The afternoon was getting a little later by the time we arrived at Dorchester South station. Still had plenty of sunlight left so took a moment to grab the photo for Twitter before heading into the town centre to source some food. We had an hour to kill and a rumbly in our tumblies. Our journey took us to Brewery Square where a former brewery once stood but now that building is being redeveloped into a hotel complex while the surrounding area has been revamped into a shopping and restaurant quarter. A giant screen features above a ground fountain, but more importantly was finding somewhere to eat – which was not a hard task as there was plenty of choice. We opted for somewhere which could provide us food swiftly that wasn’t hopelessly expensive. With 15 mins left on the clock we finished eating, paid the bill, and hightailed it to the station to catch the train to our next destination.
