The journey back from Weymouth to Bournemouth continued with a stop at Moreton. Having been well fed at Dorchester South, Hedgie and I now needed a spot of exercise to work off our dinner. With just under an hour to wait after the photo was taken, we decided to pick a random direction and go for an explore. The road we took led us past a few houses (and a very interestingly decorated car) and into the woods. A good number of dog walkers were coming from the direction we were heading in, so we ventured further. What we found was a delightful little forest path, which crossed over a stream, leading us to a massive field. Perfect for dogs – human or otherwise. So we chilled out for a few minutes and soaked in the sunlight before turning around and heading back to catch the next train. Moreton was a nice place, that I would like to go back to and visit for a bit longer. However, we were soon being whisked away to the next stop on the line. The adventure continued…
